Eighty Seven Park by Renzo Piano is a selection of private Miami Beach oceanfront residences designed to seamlessly embrace park and ocean in Miami Beach’s newest neighborhood.
Located at the gateway to Miami Beach, close to Bal Harbour shopping and Miami’s most exclusive district, Indian Creek,
Eighty Seven Park offers unobstructed views of the NoBe park and ocean in addition to views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Skyline. The grounds are surrounded by lush, green areas consisting of the
redesigned 35-acre North Shore Park to the south and a private garden, designed by renowned landscape architect West 8 for residents to the north.
Eighty Seven Park consists of seventy beachfront residences on eighteen floors with private elevator access. Residences range in size from one to five bedrooms (1,000 SF to 4,100 SF) with expansive terraces (600 SF to 2,300 SF). Full-floor residences offer 360-degree views of the ocean, park, bay, and city.
Eighty-Seven Park Condos offer significant outdoor living space (with summer kitchens, terraces, and outdoor dining rooms) that equal about 70 percent of the interior space. Condos at the 70-unit project start at $2 million, with square-foot prices ranging from $1,600 to $3,500. The average unit size is 2,600 square feet.
Amenities will include concierge and butler service, a hair and makeup salon, and an outdoor juice bar. The 18-story glass-and-steel building will stand out from the modest low- and mid-rise apartments of North Beach.
Terra gave the city of Miami Beach $10.5M to redesign and improve North Shore Park, which includes a running trail, dog run, playground and pavilion with tables and charcoal grills and is used by locals and tourists alike. The city set aside $6.5 million for the project and will solicit bids from the landscape and design firms to lead the renovation. (The remaining $4 million of Terra’s payment will be used for infrastructure improvements in the neighborhood.)
