As a Florida Native, I grew up in Palm Coast, FL (between Saint Augustine & Daytona Beach) surfing and skateboarding with friends having the beach only a few minutes away. My primary education was in Architecture and Psychology attending Daytona Beach Community College then Florida State University. With a scholarship, I pursued a degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition from Florida State University and quickly became an expert in the field after graduation. I owned a supplement company called Nitro Nutrition in college before moving out to Palm Springs, CA to start a career as an account manager for OSMO Nutrition. After 1 year of the desert life, Miami Beach began enticing me with the amazing weather, seasonal events, friendly people and new opportunities. I returned to Florida in 2001 and became one of the top personal trainers in South Beach training myself & others at Gold's Gym, Ironworks, Crunch Fitness, Equinox Fitness and Beach Body. I've been an avid weightlifter for the past decade and was featured as a fitness model in AHF (American Health & Fitness) magazine in 2002. Personal Training has been such a fulfilling occupation for me but with early retirement in mind and needing new challenges to pursue, I knew Miami Beach real estate was and still is, the way to go. 

I've transitioned since 2002 to a full time career in Real Estate Consulting, Marketing & Sales excelling yearly as my knowledge and customer base thrives. The Miami market is unique being an international hub and hot spot for tourism. Our market overall, has struggled since 2005 with the large amount of inventory from the development boom.
