Miami development is widespread and the skyline progress consist of these major players making their mark on Miami’s landscape. Here are the biggest Miami developers (alphabetical order) and the projects they are building.
3D Developers was founded by the synergy of three business groups dedicated to Real Estate Development. It counts with years of experience in the industry and operates in Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Ecuador and United States.

Alta Developers & Strategic Properties Group, LLC.
Strategic Properties is a recognized development firm providing complete planning, design and construction services. Specializing in urban and mix-used developments throughout South Florida. Strategic Properties is a Florida Corporation with offices in Miami.ALTA Developers is a joint-venture between Aconcagua and Archiplan USA. Aconcagua was founded in 1979 and has steadily risen to become the largest publicly traded residential development in Chile. Management and real estate development support is aptly provided through Inmobiliaria Aconcagua S.A., which has a large and respected presence throughout this country. The company, which is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, boasts a portfolio including condominium and multifamily developments in Florida, as well as office and multifamily projects in New York State.
BH3 Prive’ Developers

In 2001 a new branch was opened in Brickell in order to handle the sales of Jade Residences at Brickell Bay, the first proprietary development of its parent company, Fortune International. One Thousand Museum is a new condo development by Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman currently in preconstruction at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The development is scheduled for completion in 2017.

Key International is a real estate investment and development company headquartered out of Miami, Florida. The company focuses primarily on high end commercial and luxury residential properties including condominiums, hotels, market-rate rentals, office, and retail. Key International is operated by the Ardid family and has been acquiring and developing properties since the 1970s in Spain and in the United States.
Lynd Development Partners
Founded in 1980, Lynd is a privately held full-service national real estate company with broad experience in all types of institutional grade properties.
