Sunny Isles Beach Miami – A Getaway From & To It All

Thursday, May 15, 2014 | Bal Harbour Real Estate, Chateau Beach, Jade Signature, Mansions at Acqualina, Porsche Design Tower, Regalia, Sunny Isles Beach Condos, Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate | Posted by Sunny Isles Miami Beach Real Estate

Sunny Isles Beach – A Getaway from It All

The area around Miami is filled with amazing locations.  Bal Harbour is an ultra-luxury area filled with shops and celebrities.  Miami Beach is home to an incredible diversity of cultures, while South Beach offers historic Art Deco architecture and incredible nightlife.  Sunny Isles Beach stands just north of Bal Harbour, between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.  As such, you’ll find this area offers an incredible centered location for travelers.

However, choosing to purchase Sunny Isles Beach real estate should not be a decision made solely on the location of this incredible town.  If location were the only quality going for it, the area would not have become such an in-demand destination for travelers.  In addition to the great location, Sunny Isles also offers a number of other benefits. Chief among these is the availability of different types of real estate.  While condominium developments are the most widely available, you will also find single-family homes and many other options tucked away in this quiet, seaside town.  The proximity to the beach is another attraction – Sunny Isles boasts 2 full miles of the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches in the US.

You’ll also find that the area is home to some incredible shopping and dining options.  Head down Collins Avenue into the historic Miami South beach and Downtown areas and you will find a wide range of quaint boutique shops, as well as top designer shops & famous restaurants standing side by side.  In addition, the Miami beaches are undergoing a massive development boom and restoration, with many new developments and buildings with historic Art Deco architecture being restored to their former glory.

New luxury oceanfront real estate predominates along the Sunny Isles coastline with tremendous trophy developments such as Porsche Design Tower, Mansions at AcqualinaRegalia, Chateau Beach, JADE Signature, MUSE and Turnberry Ocean Club becoming a reality these next few years. Buying a larger additional residence is the norm going into 2015 and beyond with expansive interiors, even full floor units or garage elevators that exit into your foyer. So much in the way of new development trends are being built while prices begin at $2.5M to $50M for new construction.

As you can see, Sunny Isles Beach offers something for just about everyone with 2 bedroom condos beginning at $200,000.  Whether you enjoy the beach or prefer to shop and dine, whether you prefer luxury condominiums or a waterfront estate home, you’ll find it all right here.

Sunny Isles Beach – Centered Proximity to It All

One of the best things about living in south Florida is the incredible number of area attractions within a very short distance.  For instance, Sunny Isles Beach, one of the most prestigious and highly rated towns in the Miami area, provides immediate access to some of the hottest areas in the south Florida region. Sunny Isles Beach lies on a barrier island, between Bal Harbour and Golden Beach. One of the reasons that Sunny Isles Beach real estate has long been in high demand is the proximity offered to other premier areas.  Travel South on Collins Avenue and within five minutes you’ll arrive in the areas of Bal Harbour or North to Golden Beach, where ultra-luxury residential real estate, shopping and dining awaits.  These areas have long been popular location with celebrities, as well as the rich and famous.

Just 20 minutes further down Collins Avenue lies Surfside and Miami Beach, with all of its seaside splendor.  Within Miami Beach, you will find the incomparable, incomprehensible, ever so sexy, South Beach (SoBe) area, where you can enjoy South of Fifth (SoFi), South Pointe Park, Lummus Park and world famous Ocean Drive.  Of course, the area’s famed Art Deco District, Collins Ave. Shopping District and Lincoln Road are also enormously popular.

If you prefer, you can head across the Intracoastal Waterway from Sunny Isles Beach and access greater Miami, Downtown, Brickell or even take a 3 hour trip to the Florida Keys quite easily.  North of the city lies Fort Lauderdale.  Of course, those who must rely on air travel will find 2 international airports within just a few minutes; Fort Lauderdale and Miami International Airports.

As you can see, Sunny Isles Beach offers easy access to anything you might want to see or do in the south Florida area.  This is, however, just a few of the reasons why Sunny Isles Beach real estate is in such high demand.

History of Sunny Isles Beach. “Florida’s Riviera”

Monday, October 28, 2013 | Sunny Isles Beach Condos, Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate | Posted by Sunny Isles Miami Beach Real Estate

Sunny Isles Beach Area Information

Sunny Isles Beach offers the best of both worlds…It’s a small town with all the traditional conveniences and friendliness, but it also has the sophistication of Miami and the sun & fun of being on the beach. Those who visit hate to leave, and those who live here wouldn’t leave for anything. Sunny Isles Beach is finally coming into its own by making itself over into a younger, more affluent community. These great changes have brought a balance between old and young, between native born and foreigner that will attract even more residents for years to come. New luxury condo developments, restaurants and shopping have brought an appealing dimension to the quality of life here.

Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate may be the best investment property available in the state of Florida. Sunny Isles is located on a barrier island in the northeast corner of Miami Dade County with very limited space. To its east is the great Atlantic Ocean and to the west is the Intracoastal Waterways of Biscayne Bay. The tiny enclave of Golden Beach is to the north and Haulover Park is to the south. The City is midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and offers easy access to Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale + Hollywood International Airports.

Ranked as Trip Advisors #1 Travel Destination 2008, Sunny Isles Beach is bordered by Golden Beach, Aventura and Bal Harbour which makes it a location destination being a central waterfront community. With Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views, Sunny Isles real estate offers a great multitude of scenery. What used to be a quiet stretch of beach with small oceanfront hotels has quickly become the new “Millionaires Row” of Miami.

Sunny Isles real estate is changing dramatically with new luxury oceanfront high rises such as Porsche Design Tower, Jade Signature, Chateau Beach and Regalia quickly taking the place of the old low-rise hotels that used to line the strip. This city has seen incredible growth in the last decade and continues to set new records for Southeast Florida. New Sunny Isles condos in this premier location, as many locals will confirm, have a very bright future ahead of itself.

Sunny Isles Beach (Then & Now)

SUNNY-ISLES-1970 When the Haulover Bridge was completed in 1925, the area became accessible from Miami Beach, attracting developers who widened streams, dug canals and inlets and created islands and peninsulas for building waterfront properties on Biscayne Bay. In 1936 the Sunny Isles Pier was built and soon became a popular destination. In 1982 the half mile long pier was designated a historic site. It is still used by fishing enthusiasts and sightseers today and when visiting, you must try the catch of the day at the locals restaurant. Sunny Isles slowly developed until the 1950’s when the first single family homes were built in the Golden Shores area. During the 1950’s and 1960’s more than 30 trendy motels sprang up along Collins Avenue including Ocean Palm, the first two story motel in the United States. Tourists came from all over to vacation in themed motels of exotic design along “Motel Row.”  Over the next decade, tourists from Russia, Europe and North America, flocked to Sunny Isles hotels and motels attracted by favorable exchange rates and value for money accommodation. New mid and high rise multifamily buildings were constructed adding to the residential options in Sunny Isles real estate.

Today Sunny Isles is still home to the legendary pier from 1936 and is one of our city’s major landmarks. The City of Sunny Isles and the owner of The Newport Beach Resort have recently restored the Sunny Isles pier from prior hurricane damage. It is open to the public and a great stop to walk down and explore the coastline views! Millions of tourists have visited the pier and fished from base.

The Beatles were among noted visitors to Sunny Isles, cavorting at the Castaways Motel’s famed Wreck Bar on Collins Avenue (State Road A1A) just south of Sunny Isles Boulevard (The Castaways Motel was demolished in the 1970’s and Oceania Towers, the first luxury condominium complex in Sunny Isles, was constructed on the site in the 1990’s.) The popular oceanfront community gained many new residents both year round and seasonal as condominium communities such as Winston Towers and Arlen House were built in the 1970’s. In 1997, the citizens of this area voted to incorporate as a municipality, thus putting the city on the map as a highly desirable oceanfront community. In fact, no less than New York based real estate mogul Donald Trump took a look at the offerings of Sunny Isles Beach and pronounced himself pleased. “I have always loved the location and over the past few years it’s become the hottest place in Florida,” Donald Trump. He and a local developer, Gil Dezer, partnered to build luxury condo towers on Sunny Isles Beach known as Trump Grande including the Trump International Beach Resort (2003), Trump Palace (2006) and Trump Royale (2009).

New Sunny Isles developments have now increased the city tax base, which should be around $5+ billion at the start of the decade. New roadways are being planned and City facilities have been upgraded, with the targeting of a $4.5 million refurbishing that include new brick sidewalks and the planting of new palm trees. There are now a number of Oceanside parks offering everything from quiet relaxation to playground equipment for children and picnic areas.

Being adjacent to wealthy communities is not an issue in terms of safety. The City of Sunny Isles is known for its outstanding police force which emphasizes community policing and high visibility, boasting an average response time in less than 2 minutes. Its marine patrol boasts The Grey Pearl, a 25 foot police vessel ensuring security and safety on the Intracoastal waterways.  With the influx of younger families, often with children, the City of Sunny Isles shifted gears in another area. The new school of Sunny Isles Beach has opened in August 2008 in cooperation with Miami Dade Public Schools featuring A-Rated Kindergarten through 8th Grades. The Sunny Isles School features a 4 story classroom building, a 2 story administration building, media center, cafeteria and auditorium. This school is capable of accommodating the increasing number of school aged children living here permanently. Adding to the educational environment, there is a new 7,500 square foot library at City Hall and major City improvements including parks, events and more.

At 1,043 acres, the Oleta River State Recreation area is the state’s largest urban park. Once home to Tequesta Indians and US troops, the park now provides plenty of recreational opportunities beyond it’s gate for South Floridians. Miles of nature lines paths are perfect for mountain bikers. Canoes and kayaks can be rented and paddled through the Oleta River. Barbeque grills and covered pavilions offer ideal picnicking spots. Air conditioned cabins even encourage overnight stays. However, one unexpected element lurks deep within the park, a beach. A small stretch of sand welcomes bathers to take a quiet dip in Biscayne Bay. The Oleta River State Park is located at 3400 NE 163rd Street just off of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Sunny Isles Beach offers an array of other amenities for outdoor living and playing. It has nearly two and a half miles of uninterrupted clean sandy beaches and ocean access. Water sports such as fishing, boating and sailing are just the basic options. Tennis, jogging, dining and simply relaxing outdoors all provide more ways to enjoy this South Florida casual lifestyle.

With these increased leisure activities, an increasing population, increasing tax basis and a steady increase in property values comes an increase in sophistication and cultural offerings. Many of the new residents are European, Russian or South American and they bring with them entirely different cultures. More restaurants and shops have opened offering new world cuisines and the dining experiences are endless.

A fairly large number of permanent residents live here year round with 20,000 as locals giving room to nearly 1 million annual visitors to stretch out and enjoy the beaches. Sunny Isles Beach is also located just over the bridge from great shopping. Those who visit take advantage of high end shopping at Aventura Mall, just across the causeway in Aventura plus the Bal Harbour Shops, in nearby Bal Harbour. Credit the fun shopping with ease of transportation as residents have access to the free Community Shuttle buses, which pick up and drop off passengers at major points throughout Sunny Isles Beach.

Sunny Isles Beach Aerial Tour - 2011

The history of Sunny Isles Miami is still being written.. It’s a great time to come to Florida’s Riviera and become a part of it!

Florida_South_VendorsIncredible Enjoyment in South Florida. Miami Beach, home to some of the world’s most amazing stretches of white sand beach, crystalline waters and incredible relaxation, has long been the ideal spot for visitors.  Of course, Miami Beach is made up of quite a wide range of neighborhoods spread out like pearls on a string.  In this case, A1A, or Collins Avenue is the string and the pearls offer visitors and residents almost any form of rest, relaxation or enjoyment they might want.  From the beauty of South Pointe to the refinement of Sunny Isles Beach, a visitor to the area will discover an immensity of dazzling enjoyment.

The tour starts at the tip of Miami Beach, in the South Beach neighborhood, 1st Street, near South Pointe Park.  South Beach was once a languishing relic of a bygone era, but renewed interest from developers, consumers, tourists and those dedicated to saving the amazing Art Deco area changed all that back in the early 1980’s.  Today, South Beach stands at the heart of Miami Beach’s famed culture and plays host to some of the most amazing nightlife, shopping, dining and relaxation in the world.  Obviously, South Beach real estate is a worthwhile investment, whether you purchase in the famed Art Deco District or venture into a luxury condo of SoFi (South of Fifth).  South Beach is much more than a hideaway for hedonists or a place where celebrities congregate. It’s a way of living not found anywhere else in the world.

Take a stroll out of South Pointe Park heading North, the cross streets run numerically and you’ll find Washington Avenue as a main street running parallel to Collins Avenue, as well as Alton Road and South Pointe Drive bisecting the area furthest South.  A short stroll up Ocean Drive will show you to Prime 112 (a local celebrity restaurant), while South Beach’s Lummus Park is only 2 blocks up the coast spanning 12 blocks along Ocean Drive.  North on Ocean Drive past Fifth Street, you will find News Café, as well as Mango’s Tropical Café and the amazing stretch of Lummus Park, where you can waste away the entire day and enjoy the tropical environment & beautiful beaches. For a day of recreation, check out the 7 mile Lummus Park bordering the pristine waters and sands of the Atlantic Ocean.  This immense park is home to an incredible diversity of oceanfront enjoyment options and connects tourists & visitors alike to the white sandy beaches at Ocean Drive from 5th to 15th Streets.  The Miami Beach Golf Club is also justly famed with those who enjoy hitting the links. South Beach condos dot the area, as it has become home to some very luxurious modern condo developments over the past decade including Il Villaggio, 1500 OceanContinuum, ApogeeMurano Grande, Portofino Tower and more.

South Beach is home to much more than beaches and South Beach condos, though.  Of course, Miami Beach is justly famed as being home to some of the area’s most historic architecture & monuments to tropical indulgence and relaxation.  It’s also home to an incredible nightlife, which regularly draws visitors from around the globe.  You can stroll the city streets beneath the fantastic Art Deco architecture, and enjoy the scents and sounds of the clubs and restaurants coming alive around you.  Twenty-Four hour entertainment is close at hand, as the streets of Ocean Drive are often dotted with musicians playing bongos, guitars and singing the night away here in the heart of a tropical paradise. Once the sun drops below the Downtown Miami skyline to the west, the area truly comes alive and explodes in entertainment as the sun dips below the western horizon.  You can wind down each day by enjoying Miami Beach’s famed nightlife, which boasts open-roof lounges, corner musicians, celebrity nightclubs, international DJs and much more provide you with any type of excursion you might want after the sun sets.

For this reason, Miami Beach has become an incredible melting pot of cultures, with several different languages floating on the air at any given point in time.  The area boasts a very strong European influence, legacy of the jetsetters visiting the area, as well as a strong European community of expatriates.  Visitors will also find a strong Cuban flavor in the area with a large population of foreign “locals”.

Miami Beach real estate offers proximity to some of the best options for enjoyment in the world, whether you love the beach, dining, shopping or just indulging in people watching.  The area is home to the Wolfsonian-FIU Museum, where visitors can get a unique glimpse of modern history.  The Jewish Museum of Florida is also located here.  Art Basel Miami Beach, however, remains one of the strongest draws to visitors and local alike, offering an art-fair atmosphere in tropical luxury along with the Miami Beach International Boat Show & Strictly Sail, Art Deco weekend and so many other great attractions. Miami Beach condos also put you in close proximity to the Art Deco Colony Theater over on Lincoln Road, as well as the Byron Carlyle for dance and theatrical performances.  Fillmore Miami Beach, the Jackie Gleason Theater, the Holocaust Memorial and the “Arts in Public Places” program are also top attractions.  Those in need of something to eat will find an immensity of options, such as Joe’s Stone Crab, China Grill, Evolution (within the Ritz-Carlton) and the area’s Wine and Food Festival held each year.

Retail therapy for the shopaholic is likewise popular with the shopping district of Collins Avenue offering shopping just off the beach, while designer names like Nicole Miller, Club Monaco, Armani Exchange, Kenneth Cole and Ralph Lauren are also found in plenty.  Those who prefer boutique shopping in an outdoor environment will not suffer for options, as Lincoln Road has become a shoppers’ playground, where almost anything with a price tag can be bought or sold.

A short jaunt north of South Beach brings us to Miami Beach or mid-beach, also known as Millionaire’s Row (Concrete Canyon) where luxury towers were built in the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s bringing the celebrity demand to Miami Beach along with new condo towers from the last 5 years including Bath Club, MEi, 6000 Indian Creek, Canyon Ranch and Akoya.  Miami Beach is one of the hottest areas abutting Miami’s mainland and occupies a relatively large footprint on this delightful barrier island.  With the Biscayne Bay Intracoastal Waterway to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Miami Beach is bounded by South Beach to the south and Bal Harbour & Sunny Isles Beach to the north encompassing Miami Dade County “beaches”.

North of Miami Beach, you’ll find the famous location of Bal Harbour (92nd-102nd Streets).  Bal Harbour real estateputs you in the immediate vicinity of the Shops at Bal Harbour.  This ultra-luxury area plays host quite regularly to some of the world’s most noted celebrity hangouts & shopping, as well as the most desirable St. Regis Resort & Spaand One Bal Harbour condos catering to the rich and famous. Dining at Carpaccio, enjoying the Bal Harbour Shops and, of course, the incredible azure waters of the Atlantic are paramount attractions near Bal Harbour condos and you will find that the area is simply stunning, whether you want to relax on the beach in seclusion, or take advantage of the area’s incredible retail options. Collins Avenue (A1A) is the area’s main thoroughfare, which connects Bal Harbour with Sunny Isles Beach to the north and Surfside & Miami Beach to the south.

North of Bal Harbour (159th-192nd Streets) lies the amazing area known as Sunny Isles Beach.  To reach Sunny Isles Beach from Bal Harbour or Miami Beach, simply follow Collins Avenue (A1A) heading north.  This will actually continue up the main barrier island on which Miami Beach is situated.  In addition, you’ll find that this is the same direction you must travel if you wish to reach the Haulover Beach Park & Marina. Within Sunny Isles Beach, you will find an incredible number of options for rest and relaxation, as well as for shopping, dining and beach combing.  Sunny Isles Beach real estate is some of the most sought after in the area and includes uber-luxury condo towers such as Turnberry Ocean Colony, Jade Beach, Jade Ocean, Acqualina, Trump Palace, Trump Royale as well as Trump International Beach Resort and many more.

For recreation, whether shopping or simply enjoying the warm sunshine, the newly christened Newport Hotel & Fishing Pier is an excellent option.  This used to be Sunny Isles Fishing Pier, and is still home to tremendous fishing options, as well as being a great place for sightseeing and R&R. One of the most beneficial aspects of purchasing Sunny Isles Beach condos is the fact that they put you in easy proximity of destinations like Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Golden Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Bal Harbour and of course, South Beach.  A short drive will take you to each of these destinations in just minutes; thus, the city is one of the most centered locations for visitors to the area, as well as for long-term residents wanting a reserved atmosphere.

Sunny Isles Beach is justly famed for the number of luxury residential accommodations.  However, its true claim to fame is the 2 mile stretch of pristine beachfront, lapped by the pure waters of the Atlantic Ocean.  Here, you will find anything you might wish to do, whether you favor snorkeling, scuba diving, walking on the beach with that special someone, or simply lounging the day away, serenaded by the sound of the waves caressing the shoreline. Sunny Isles Beach is also home to a restored and reinvigorated park area.  With their reenergized approach to development, the area is “going back to its roots” and visitors (as well as residents) are applauding the new park projects.  Dining options also abound, both on the oceanfront condo strip and in areas along Collins Avenue on the west in many of the shopping plazas.  The Porterhouse Bar & Grill, Tony Roma’s, Jalisco’s, La Terrazza, as well as Christine Lee’s are good choices for dining, while those who prefer retail therapy will find a host of shopping options on Collins Avenue, particularly in the town center where boutique properties proliferate.

Heading North through Sunny Isles Beach..

And then back to South Beach..

From South Pointe in South Beach Miami, through the heart of Miami Beach, to Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach, this incredible stretch of South Florida paradise provides residents and visitors with anything they could possibly want, from luxury real estate to delightful shopping, dining and recreation. Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate – Making the Choice

Friday, February 26, 2010 | Acqualina, Jade Ocean, Ocean Four, St. Tropez, Sunny Isles Beach Condos, Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate, Trump Royale, Turnberry Ocean Colony | Posted by Sunny Isles Miami Beach Real Estate

Jade Ocean Condos Sunny Isles Beach Making the Choice of Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate.. The area of Sunny Isles Beach started out unprepossessingly enough.  It was originally undeveloped land on one of several barrier islands that stand between the greater Miami area and the Atlantic Ocean.  However, it was targeted early on for development as a resort area.  The creation of Haulover Bridge made that possible on a large scale.  Since that time, Sunny Isles Beach has continued to grow in terms of popularity, offering numerous options for owners in Sunny Isles Beach real estate.

One of the most common types of real estate in Sunny Isles Beach today is that of new luxury condominium developments.  These run the gamut from the incredible Turnberry Ocean Colony, Acqualina & Jade Ocean to Trump Royale, Ocean Four & St. Tropez, as well as many, many others.  That said, determining the right choice in Sunny Isles Beach real estate is essential.

You’ll find a lot of selling points here, from beachfront property to flow-through floor plans that offer views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.  You will also find that a number of properties offer luxury amenities onsite.  These might be private beach clubs, or they might consist of 5-star restaurants (or both).  The most important thing is to determine what amenities you will want to make use of such as the need for an onsite restaurant, personal trainer, health Spa, salon or room service & limo service.

Next, you’ll need to find the right floor plan and square footage to accommodate your family.  Thankfully, Sunny Isles Beach real estate is full of options, from smaller 2 bedroom, 2 bath residences to trophy penthouses and everything in between.  This ensures that you are able to make the right choice and opt for a residence that will fit your family & lifestyle both now and in the near future.

For those considering purchasing a new luxury home, the area of Sunny Isles Beach has much to offer.  If you love sun, sand, surf and luxury living, there are few better areas on earth. Contact me today to inquire & let’s get started!

Sunny Isles Beach Real Estate – Oceanfront Condos
There are several reasons you might consider Sunny Isles Beach real estate. If you’re looking for a place to retire, you’ll find fewer more laid-back and pleasant climates in which to spend your time. If you’re looking for something exciting, upscale and active, this area can also deliver being a short drive to South Beach and a stone’s throw to the Aventura Mall & Bal Harbour Shops. Depending upon what you’re seeking, this community offers several different options, the prices of which—as is the case with most real estate—depend upon the location that one is seeking. As you may have guessed, the closer to the water one wishes to be, the more valuable the properties.

The Atlantic Ocean side is the location of the most upscale Sunny Isles Beach condos. This area is full of condominium properties; most of them located in high-rise buildings that tower over the ocean, beachfront and the surrounding city environs. These luxury oceanfront condos combine the best of condominium living with the level of amenities and services that one would expect in a luxury resort hotel. Expect to have valet parking, concierge, spas, a restaurant, a bar and access to business facilities at most of these condominiums. Many of them also feature open balconies, affording residents some very striking Miami views.

The other side of Sunny Isles Beach, which faces the Intercoastal Waterway, is more affordable, but just as fun. These waterfront condominiums tend to be much shorter than their cousins on the Atlantic, but are luxurious places to live in their own right. Residents on this side of Sunny Isles Beach are just as close to the activities in the community as are those who live in the high rises. These communities tend to have fewer luxuries than do the condominiums located on the Atlantic side and appeal to those who like a more independent, no-frills life yet still near the beaches in this popular destination.

Sunny Isles Beach is located midway between the city of Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. It is the northern part of Miami Dade County beaches. This area of the nation is famous for its golf courses, yachting, fishing and, of course, relaxing on the beaches. The community is also very diverse and people from most anywhere will likely find plenty of new people to meet. Nearby this community are the other popular destinations of Miami Beach real estate and Bal Harbor real estate, which offer upscale environs, excellent shopping and plenty of restaurants and boutiques from which to choose. This area is well known for its natural beauty.

Sunny Isles Beach is close enough to Miami & South Beach that all of the offerings of these locations are not hard to reach. It is far enough away, however, that one will enjoy the experience of returning to a laid back, much calmer, family oriented environment when they head back to their beachfront condominium. The weather in South East Florida is excellent year round, which has been a large part of its appeal to residents, both current and prospective. This market generally has inventory available, though it is popular enough that the available units go fast and are best sought out with the assistance of an active broker here in Sunny Isles Beach.
